Castle Parcels offer an Express economy nation-wide courier service. We are able to tailor-make solutions for specific industries and /or customers throughout New Zealand. In order to meet the needs of its customers Castle Parcels are able to form alliances with other Freightways Group companies to complete a total package offer.
Local deliveries
Castle Parcels offer a next day delivery service for local metropolitan areas (Residential and Rural deliveries can take up to an extra 24 to 72 hours).
National wide deliveries
Castle Parcels deliver to major towns and cities, next business day within the Island and within two business days between the Islands (Residential and Rural deliveries can take up to an extra 24 to 72 hours).
Rural deliveries
Castle Parcels offer a delivery service to RD and other rural areas throughout New Zealand. These tickets need to be used in conjunction with the appropriate base ticket to specify delivery to rural areas.
Residential Deliveries
Castle Parcels can deliver your items to residential addresses nationwide. To send an item to a residential address simply place a residential ticket on your express pack or ticketed item along with the standard delivery ticket.
Saturday deliveries
Saturday Deliveries are available upon request. Please contact your local branch for further details.
Express freight
Through Castle Parcels we can offer an overnight urgent nation-wide delivery service. For more information, please contact us on info@castleparcels.co.nz.
Dangerous Goods
Castle Parcels is able to move most classes of Dangerous Goods. Please refer to our Dangerous Goods form for more information around guidelines. This service can add between 24-48 hours onto the delivery standard due to the complexities with handling Dangerous Goods.
