You have three options for receiving your item.
  • Collection from our branch: You may choose to collect your item from your local Castle Parcels branch.
  • Redirection: You may choose to have the item delivered to an alternative address (i.e. your workplace) this service may incur an additional fee.
  • Redelivery: You may choose to have the item redelivered to the same address; this service may incur an additional fee.
